- SVG Repo - Used for the hamburger and close icons on the mobile layout. Has a ton of open-licensed SVG icons in case you need to use any for your site.
- The Happy Galgomon Pixel Perserve - A big collection of fan-made Digimon sprites made by the webmaster and other fan artists, also hosted on neocities!
- Common Sun (JP) - A One Piece fan site with a “character sort” game where you pick your favorite character between multiple pairs of characters, and sorts out your top 10 favorites at the end. It also has a huge sprite collection of characters from One Piece and other anime.
- [angel*] (JP) - An old site with chibi sprites of various anime characters. Partially inspired me to make a site with a sprite collection.
- The Brawl Dojo - The OG hype cycle website for Smash Bros. I basically took the heading style from this, but the entire aesthetic of the Smash Bros. websites and directs were big inspirations in general.
- Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity - The main inspiration for the site's aesthetic, and what I've had in mind ever since I started this collection. This is just a link to the main menu theme, but it shows off the title screen. (And the menu theme is really good too.)
- Spriter's Resource - The #1 source for video game sprites on the internet! Great for finding official sprites to reference, or you could even use them for fan projects.
- Sprite Database - Another great source for video game sprites. I believe it has more sprites for JP-exclusive games compared to TSR. I also got the font for the footer from there, it's really good.
- Sprites Inc. - A forum that also has a collection of Mega Man/Castlevania sprites.
- Saint11's Pixel Art Tutorials - A really good collection of 512x512 animated sheets going over tips and tricks for different pixel art and animation principles.
